At Crave Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a free 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, no questions asked.

If you're not 100% in love with your hair, we'll make it right. 💕


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • ✅ In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • ✅ In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • ✅ For wigs, closures, and frontals: the lace must be uncut, untrimmed, and unbleached
  • ✅ Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, hair that has been installed, washed, styled, dyed, bleached, or altered in any way cannot be returned.


2. How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. 📩 Contact us at support@cravehair.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. ✅ Once approved, we'll send you a free return shipping label and clear instructions
  3. 📦 Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the carrier

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please always contact us before shipping anything back.


3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is:

  • 🚫 Defective
  • 🚫 Damaged during shipping
  • 🚫 Not the item you ordered

Contact us immediately at support@cravehair.com with clear photos and your order number. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — at no cost to you.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • ❌ Hair that has been installed, washed, styled, dyed or bleached
  • Custom or personalized orders (special colors, custom lengths, custom textures)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • ❌ Items returned after the 30-day window

5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification.

The same conditions apply: the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you really want is to return your original order and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email letting you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:
